It is astonishing to me that the richest and most powerful sports league in history has a team in America's biggest market that is so clueless. The foolishness by the Jets ownership and their annual ritual of disappointing the fan base (going on nearly 15 years now) has become a never-ending soap opera of sports buffoonery. It is almost too stupid to believe. I just hope it goes on for another 15 years. I'm here for the entertainment. Oss!
KarateKen Posted Thursday at 12:05 AM Posted Thursday at 12:05 AM The No Fun League is back at it, this time making a new rule for the upcoming season that the "nose wipe" celebration will be a 15-yard penalty and is considered a "violent gesture." I never even noticed this before so maybe I was in LALA Land. I miss the days when Calvin Johnson used to dunk the football into the uprights. I miss the days when you could jump the center to block a field goal attempt. I miss the days when teams lined up for a kickoff and it didn't look ugly. I miss the days when it was a 16-game season and the old playoff format. *shurg* Oss!

KarateKen Posted Saturday at 12:09 AM Posted Saturday at 12:09 AM WR Stephon Diggs has agreed to a three-year contract with the Patriots. A few years ago, he was cussing out Patriots fans when he played for the Bills. A bit of a risky decision for the Patriots, even though they badly need to improve their offensive Diggs has a history of being a drama creator and is coming off a major injury that kept him sidelined for the second half of the 2024 season. He previously played for the Texans, Bills, and Vikings. The Ravens have reached a three-year contract extension with head coach John Harbaugh. I am not sure if this is correct, but I think he is the second longest running NFL coach with his team behind Mike Tomlin in Pittsburgh. The Ravens are contenders almost every season but have come up short in the playoffs against the Bills and Chiefs the last few years. Oss!
