I dont know many of the drills that is why im interested in the video. But i did see one drill you can do with it. You are in the top mount position and you can either punch the top of the bag where the opponents head would be or you can put your hands where the chest would be apply all your weight. Then spin around like you were doing an armbar. That is about all i know.

I have seen some dummy bags that are shaped like a person, and weigh around 100 lbs. (maybe less) and they are used to simulate a training partner when one is not available.

Oh, ok, glad you like it. I believe it whole-heartedly. I try to use it to make myself work out more, and work out harder, when I have a chance.
