karatekid1975 Posted September 5, 2006 Posted September 5, 2006 I was soooooo bummed when I heard that. Specially after hearing my best friend's dog dying last weekend, too. I was camping so I came home to all this bad news. My camping trip sucked, too (got the rain and the wind from the hurricane or tropical storm that was left all weekend).Sucky weekend R.I.P Steve and Sake (the dog, not the drink) Laurie F
Zorbasan Posted September 6, 2006 Posted September 6, 2006 Its amazing how the death of steve has affected the entire world. here in australia it is pretty solemn, and all that a lot of people are talking about.he was a great character. my thoughts go out to his family and friends. Now you use head for something other than target.
jaymac Posted September 7, 2006 Posted September 7, 2006 I don't think he would have wanted to leave this earth at his young age, but he left doing what he loved. He was inspiring to watch because he showed pure love and respect for all animals. A great martial artist is one who is humble and respectful of others.

Jeet Kune Do Posted September 17, 2006 Posted September 17, 2006 Steve Irwin, a true brother, truly missed, He was a legend and a hero and will be remembered forever!(Salute to Steve) A drop of sweat spent in practice is a drop of blood saved in a battle.A person who say it cannot be done should not interrupt the man doing it.
RichardHangHong Posted September 19, 2006 Posted September 19, 2006 His family was offered a state funeral for Steve. Just shows how much he meant to the Australian people as well as the rest of the world. It was horrible to hear about the bunch of mutilated sting rays being found on the shores of ozzy beaches. It totally went against everything Irwin stood for. Richard Hang HongChief InstructorSeitou Ryu KarateFind me on Facebook!Seitou Ryu Karate
KarateK Posted September 19, 2006 Posted September 19, 2006 Also I can't believe the amount of joke emails I have had about this already - truly awful. Karate Ni Sentinashi
RichardHangHong Posted September 19, 2006 Posted September 19, 2006 I must admit it was a terrible thing, but the jokes that I got in my email and by text were pretty damn funny. I'm a terrible person! Richard Hang HongChief InstructorSeitou Ryu KarateFind me on Facebook!Seitou Ryu Karate
KarateK Posted September 19, 2006 Posted September 19, 2006 I just think that sometimes they come too soon, everyone is entitled to their own opinion - terrible or not, but have a little respect at times, same day emails arent funny. Karate Ni Sentinashi
