I'd like to emphasize Killer Miller's second point:

You've got an outline(ish), now go to it, and just beat your way through. Then, go back and redo it. It's how I wrote my novels.

You have written novels? Can I find them somewhere? I'd love to read them.

Yes, you can find them in my room. :D

I currently have a 650ish page novel that I'm sending out to agents in an attempt to get it published, a 500 page sequel to that novel, and 100 pages of the third book in the series, which is in progress.

Hopefully, you could find them in a year and a half or so.

I have written a few articles now, but haven't got around to getting them published yet. I really shoudl do that.

Anyway, I'd also like to agree with Miller.

Don't think about what you are writing, just write. Let it happen and let it take you where it does. Then, when you finish, go back and start modifying it to suit.

Well; I have finished my article (being my first one and all, it is about two pages... like an intro...)

Once I have weeded it, I shall put it up in this thread for all to see!

Cool. I'll get some titles from you, and I will look for them!
