The first version was created in 1967 by the KTA and introduced to Yudansha ranks in clinics in December 1967. I don't see people practicing this version much.R. McLain
mongo Posted October 13, 2006 Posted October 13, 2006 My instructor teaches everyone in the school the old version. Just because their are so few of us who know it anymore. Its defintily different than the new one.... I especially like to practice it at the start of my sessions the x-block in the horse stance allways gets me into a nice deep stance for the rest of my training.
