Jiffy
I disagree with all of you. A mighty Kia!!! Will allmost always disable all but the bravest of my opponents. (Did I mention I love to snack on raw oinoins and chew a few cloves of garlic before every sparring match?) hahahaha. GOLD!For me personally, garlic prawns are the weapon of choice. jaymac
Raw onions and garlic cloves excellent idea! Hey you may actually be able to start a whole new trend in the Martial Arts just using bad breath as a self defense technique! A great martial artist is one who is humble and respectful of others. Zorbasan
distance is a big thing when training with someone that smells,id rather be in a TKD class with someone smelly than say BJJ class. Now you use head for something other than target.
Jiffy
Yeah, so true. Jiu Jitsu and Hapkido are a pain with the smelly person. The mind is like a parachute, it only works when it's open.
Sohan
We have a "gentleman" in my class who often comes to class after a dinner consisting of what must be entirely garlic cloves. By the end of the first hour, I feel like I'm being gassed with a biological weapon. Thankfully we have a BIG dojo to space myself out from him. With respect,Sohan "If I cannot become one of extraordinary accomplishment, I will not walk the earth." bushido_man96
Sometimes, I have gas at class. I have gas a lot, though. The secret is trying to slip them out quietly. Do that in a sparring ring, and see if the person notices. Then POUNCE! https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
