A mighty Kia!!! Will allmost always disable all but the bravest of my opponents. :dead:

(Did I mention I love to snack on raw oinoins and chew a few cloves of garlic before every sparring match?) :P :P :P

For me personally, garlic prawns are the weapon of choice. :karate:

Raw onions and garlic cloves  excellent idea! Hey you may actually be able to start a whole new trend in the Martial Arts just using bad breath as a self defense technique!

A great martial artist is one who is humble and respectful of others.

HAHAHA.

I dunno about you though, but training with someone who smells is not fun. I have done so many times and have also been the one who smells (it's ebarrassing when you know it).

distance is a big thing when training with someone that smells,

id rather be in a TKD class with someone smelly than say BJJ class.

We have a "gentleman" in my class who often comes to class after a dinner consisting of what must be entirely garlic cloves. By the end of the first hour, I feel like I'm being gassed with a biological weapon.

Thankfully we have a BIG dojo to space myself out from him.

:)

Sometimes, I have gas at class. I have gas a lot, though. The secret is trying to slip them out quietly. Do that in a sparring ring, and see if the person notices. Then POUNCE!
