I dont know how true this is but its said that Richard Sandrak the worlds strongest human being ( only being bout 10 years old) can throw 140 punches or 30 kicks in 15 seconds. How true do you guys think that is. Is it possible, if so how do you do that?

that's one tenth of a second per punch. I don't think it's possible using correct technique. I think someone could throw out some slop in that time frame, but that seems awefully unrealistic. Never really thought about it before though. I may have to try it and see how I do...

I can say all 50 states in under a second, but the words aren't distinguisable.

He can maybe throw that many punches, but do they have good technique or power? How far does he bring each hand back after the punch or is it just a matter of keeping both hands on the pad only moving them a fraction of an inch?

I'd like to see a video of it.

That's entirely possible. I can do about 6 punches a second. What's the difference?

The question is, how good are the punches? In my case... lousy!

and, to be picky, being strong doesnt really have anything to do with throwing quick punches.

Now you use head for something other than target.

the video that was posted, that was the kid Richard Sandrak. Man that kid is soo buff for a 10 year old, even for a average person.

In our school advanced students have to throw 100 roundhouse kicks (50 each leg) to a bag in 1 min time. They dont have to have perfect technique, but they do have to have good power. The foot also must be placed on the floor between kicks.

Yes, I think it is entirely possible to do the things you said this kid could do. Try it!

My thoughts exactly.
