KarateGeorge
Did you know Jackie Chan was in Enter the Dragon?Where? Was he an extra? He was a bit part. If I remember correctly, he's got a mention in the credits, but you have to know his real name, not his "American name."

JohnASE
Did you know that Elvis Presley took Kenpo from Ed Parker?I never met Mr. Parker, but I went to the Parker house once, back in the 80's, and saw one of Elvis' capes on display in a glass case. It was white, covered with studs or rhinestones. John - ASE Martial Arts Supplyhttps://www.asemartialarts.com
sensei8
Did you know that during Mas Oyama's 300 man Kumite, Oyama wanted to go a fourth day, which would have made it a 400 man Kumite, but no one else was willing or able? Did you also know that Oyama's 300 man Kumite took place not long after he had completed his mountain training? **Proof is on the floor!!!
The BB of C
Did you know Jackie Chan was in Enter the Dragon?Where? Was he an extra?I saw him at least once. During the basement scene where all the prisoners are being kept and Bruce Lee is running through everyone with various weapons. Staff, sticks, nunchucks. Eventually he grabs a guy by the neck and front kicks another guy. Than they zoom into Bruce's face and he jerks his body (showing that he broke the guy's neck by his hair). That was Jackie Chan. I have also heard that he was in other spots of the movie. He was also in as stunt doubles for a couple of the samurai characters in "The Chinese Connection."Ever notice that Chuck Norris got his start in movies by having his neck broken by Bruce Lee?I always say that Bruce Lee is so famous that anyone who gets killed by him becomes famous too. yamesu
Georges St Pierre is a Yudansha in Kyokushin, and once while doing a demonstration at an MMA event, performed Pinan Sono Yon instead of the usual expected grappling/striking techniques. Spartacus Maximus
The Okinawan kobudo weapon called tonfa was the inspiration for the secondary police weapon used all over the world. Nunchaku were also issued to some departments in several US states for a brief period in between the 1960's and 1970's.
