sliknik Posted August 18, 2006 Author Posted August 18, 2006 hii think i am doing sparring and kata too https://www.kempojitsu.co.ukhttps://www.hyogendo.com
Kenpo5th Posted August 19, 2006 Posted August 19, 2006 Wado has some of the BEST kata for competition. Kushanku (Kanku Dai) and Bassai-Dai are among my favorites. The only advice I can give you is loud kiais and practice practice practice! ~Shaun E. SeiferFounder - Tenchi BujutsuGodan - Shaolin Kempo/Karazenpo Go Shinjutsu & Kempo Jutsu-Kaihttp://www.idmaa.com
cathal Posted August 20, 2006 Posted August 20, 2006 Yes definitely practice as much as possible. Also I suggest getting a copy of the tournament guidelines as they are your best source for techniques & kata which are permitted, which are not permitted for your level, etc. .The best victory is when the opponent surrendersof its own accord before there are any actualhostilities...It is best to win without fighting.- Sun-tzu
