I live in Hartoford county. You're welcome to join my school. I think very highly of my school compaired to a lot of other schools I've visited in the area. I believe someone else said Hwangs TKD as well. They are a good school also, but you said you wanted WTF, and they are ITF. If you want ITF though they'd be the ones I'd say to go to. Just a note, if you are looking for competition, the AAU now accepts the WTF, ITF, and some Tang Soo Do forms in there competitions.
