A_Train
Thanks for the encouragement. I think I will be signing up in a few weeks (the beginner adult classes fall on the same nights as my dog obedience course, which has 6 more weeks).I'll try to be involved in the forum here (though surely wont have much to add other than my own progress for a while). Thanks! I play a wrestling game online. If you'd like to play follow this linkhttp://www.thewrestlinggame.com/wg.asp?w= 133896

jaymac
Ahh, 27 years old. I wish I was 27. Does anyone else here remember being that age and thinking we were old too? I wish I had spent little time earlier in life worrying about whether I was too old for something and just gone and done it. Now with that in mind, I think I will go to McDonalds and get in that cool kids play area like I always wanted too, but felt too old. A great martial artist is one who is humble and respectful of others.

I hear all the time from people younger that they are to old. Nah never to old. Brandon FisherSeijitsu Shin Do
cathal
Good luck with your training. .The best victory is when the opponent surrendersof its own accord before there are any actualhostilities...It is best to win without fighting.- Sun-tzu
Scotty
WOW, starting in your 70's, that's amazing!!I know, it's funny when I found something difficult to see him training too. He was pretty good... naturally he wasn't as fast or flexible as the others but his technique showed he deserved the blackbelt he was wearing The best armour is to keep out of range.
