parkerlineage Posted August 8, 2006 Posted August 8, 2006 I should've thought of this sooner, but I'm sick of working out by myself, and I was wondering if there was anybody who had a school in the Washington DC area that wouldn't mind me working out with them this week. I have no gi, or belt, but I do have workout clothes. I honestly don't care what style, as long as you don't care.Just a thought that I wish I had come up with sooner... Bluetulipx Posted August 8, 2006 Posted August 8, 2006 I cannot provide this information for you, because I live in the UK now, but what a great idea!I will be going to Washington, DC on 26 August and I think I'm going to check out what is available. I only used to do TKD WTF style before and I did that in Rockville, Maryland, but I have just gone to google and typed in 'Martial Arts Washington DC' and a whole host of stuff came up.I would think that you might be able to do the same thing and call some of these places and have a look? Just a suggestion.

Geographically it's pretty big, and traffic is horrible. Even only going a few miles during rush hour(s) can be a big deal. But later in the evening and weekends traffic is jut bad.
