hi everybody,

the last two weeks i've had a pain in my right foot. its on the outer edge of my foot and in a line as opposed to a single spot. if im not standing on my feet for a while hurts. So when i wake up in the morning i find it difficult to stand on my right foot for half an hour or so. then it fades away. when i was training yesterday i couldn't kick because foot hurt with each kick. i haven't used any foot wraps. i going to go to a doctor but i just wondered if anyone has an idea of what happened and what they did. i also sort of overstretched my hamstrings in my left leg while doing splits. i tried to rest it but it didn't help. What should i do for that?

As far as the hamstring goes, more rest. Like, 2 weeks, maybe.

As for the foot, start with your shoes. If your's are old, you may want to get some new ones. Also, analyze how you kick and strike objects, to see if that is what is causing your foot problems.
