I've not heard of it either....sorry. I know my grandmaster has kept some of the karate kata he learned in his early TKD days into our ciriculum. Perhaps its one of those.

The form you are referring to sounds like Kong Sang Koon (Romanized). In Tang Soo Do, it is usually a Sah Dan requirement hyung.

Syphax is correct this is a Tang Soo Do form. Mabey you heard it wrong.
