cathal
Hello all,I'm just wondering if anyone has heard of Pa Qua? I believe I have spelled it wrong but it is definitely pronounced as pah-qwah. I can't seem to locate any information on this on search engines, mostly due to spelling I think.Anyone know of this style? .The best victory is when the opponent surrendersof its own accord before there are any actualhostilities...It is best to win without fighting.- Sun-tzu

bluez4u2
It is also romanized as Ba Gua. Hello all,I'm just wondering if anyone has heard of Pa Qua? cathal
That's very interesting, I've heard of Ba Gua before...I located https://www.pakua.org which contained a lot of information on it. A new instructor for this system has recently come to our local area, so I was interested in learning more of this style. It had a few training videos up, and it seems very similar to a dance. .The best victory is when the opponent surrendersof its own accord before there are any actualhostilities...It is best to win without fighting.- Sun-tzu
alsey
is this the same thing as 'pi gua'? i have a cousin who does pi gua. "Gently return to the simple physical sensation of the breath. Then do it again, and again, and again. Somewhere in this process, you will come face-to-face with the sudden and shocking realization that you are completely crazy. Your mind is a shrieking, gibbering madhouse on wheels." - ven. henepola gunaratana
cathal
Upon checking out a few websites, it seems similar if not the same term spelled differently. .The best victory is when the opponent surrendersof its own accord before there are any actualhostilities...It is best to win without fighting.- Sun-tzu
Fisherman
Your best bet for good information would be to look up Baguazhang. It is the same term just spelled differently.
