tkdan Posted July 26, 2006 Posted July 26, 2006 This may seem like a silly question. What is the proper length for a jump rope cord?
lordtariel Posted July 26, 2006 Posted July 26, 2006 I believe that if you stand on the center, the ends should come up to about your armpits. There's no place like 127.0.0.1
Jiffy Posted July 27, 2006 Posted July 27, 2006 Actually, I think it's just above the waist.Eg. give a bit of clearence above your head, then it's halfway from the point to the ground. The mind is like a parachute, it only works when it's open.

bushido_man96 Posted August 21, 2006 Posted August 21, 2006 Does anyone have any drills for jumping rope?Practice lots! Just kidding. I have been doing two jumps with both feet, then switching to two on one foot, and then two on the other, then back to both feet. I am not very good yet, however. I want to build up to the Rocky routine, but that looks miles down the road from here! https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
