bushido_man96
Not quite sure what you are asking here. Can you be a little more specific? https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
cathal
I'm not sure what they are but you can find kata diagrams from a Google Image Search. I'm not sure if there are other practitioners of your style on this fourm - but I don't know everyone here either. .The best victory is when the opponent surrendersof its own accord before there are any actualhostilities...It is best to win without fighting.- Sun-tzu
elbows_and_knees
my very first style was chun kuk do. Chuck Norris had a school in va beach where I grew up. the school is actually still there. that was when I was 6 though, and I'm 28 now, so needless to say, I don't remember all of the moves anymore. jaymac
It is very hard for anyone in this forum to give advice to others on kata. The best thing for you to do is go directly to your instructor or a higher ranking student in your class. They will be able to assist you with the moves much better than anyone of us. good luck. A great martial artist is one who is humble and respectful of others.
