Hi Guys and Gals,

I am back!!

Been awhile since I have dropped in. I am still training hard twice per day.

I have been busy teaching and running superior fitness classes for martial arts and sporting clubs.

I have diversified my teaching into superior fitness performance for a number of sporting organisations.

I have given up work and concentrate full time in these activities.

My teaching for sporting clubs is quite unique and is designed for mature and veteran athletes desiring peak performance. I also get a chance to share traditional Karate with them

Hope you are all doing well. Are all training hard and growing physically and spiritually

Nice to meet you. Do you have a website I could visit? I'm interested in learning more about what you do, as you and I seem to be in the same field.

I gather you are not in the US as I am but rather from the UK or Australia?

With respect,

Sohan
