I am still training hard twice per day.I have been busy teaching and running superior fitness classes for martial arts and sporting clubs.I have diversified my teaching into superior fitness performance for a number of sporting organisations.I have given up work and concentrate full time in these activities. My teaching for sporting clubs is quite unique and is designed for mature and veteran athletes desiring peak performance. I also get a chance to share traditional Karate with themHope you are all doing well. Sohan Posted July 19, 2006 Posted July 19, 2006 Nice to meet you. Do you have a website I could visit? I'm interested in learning more about what you do, as you and I seem to be in the same field. I gather you are not in the US as I am but rather from the UK or Australia? With respect,Sohan "If I cannot become one of extraordinary accomplishment, I will not walk the earth."
