For example the one that I learned starts out with a left middle outside block followed by two mid level forward punches and moves to a right high block followed by two mid level forward punches... What you get may very well be the correct technique for another school but your instructor's version may be anywhere from slightly to totally different. Perhaps you can get the information from your instructor or a senior student?
