Don't know what you mean. Is this at tournament or in class? Usually at tournament, if I lose, I'll just be mad at myself, or at the referee for the bad call, or at the old lady who was driving slow in front of me when getting there, or at my dog for peeing on my uniform the night before and made me wash it. But everything will be alright. Why? Because I know I tried my best, and that the medicine I took will calm me down.

yeah man It's like You feel you wouldn't lose to this guy or this man and then if you lose you feel very mad and can't control yourself however that happens when you did not fight with at your best body and mind condition. Try to fight that man again when you are really ready to fight. But you know what?? don't forget using gun to kill someone is not the way to answer the problem because problems get bigger rather than to solve it Best way is to train hard and control your mind and fight him again at same place with better body condition OK??? you don't urge or whatsoever In MARTIAL ARTS we obey masters and we learn to 'Behave' to those matters of problems BE KIND!!! TO OTHERS!!!

No.

I partake in matches knowing that I will win some, and I will lose some. If I lose, I learn from it and shake the winner's hand.

We are all winners if we are learning something new and improving, and trying to our best.

I learn from every little mistake sometimes more than once. Remember its only sparring not life or death, learn from it. :karate:
