Ozpunker
Where I go we have two classes during the week as well as specialist classes. The specialist classes involve weapons, tournament training. We also have free practice on Saturday mornings where anyone can come in do what they want. That usually involves everyone taking turns to spar with the black belts who are training for their grading at the end of the year.
Rateh
Currently I go as work allows. Which means Tuesday I help teach for two classes. Wednesday I attend 2 classes, one is an hour and the one after is an hour and 15 minutes. Your present circumstances don't determine where you can go; they merely determine where you start. - Nido Qubein
