Samuel
So, Does anyone hear play/played/want to play guitar? I just spent the best part of last night rewiring one of my guitars (A Lespaul copy i got off a carboot, But, My guitar teacher striped it bare, and rebuilt it himself for me, Hes also my Sensei!)So now its all wired I need new pickup rings..new ferrules...new screws...new neck plate... all because its still go the standard parts from when it was from the carboot apart from the pickups, which are Mightymite Motherbuckers (And as the name suggests there damn meaty and loud)So how long have people been playing if you do? and what guitars do you have

TigerDude
Playing for about 4 years. I have an Alvarez acoutstic & a Mexican Strat. It's another expensive hobby. If you think only of hitting, springing, striking or touching the enemy, you will not be able actually to cut him. You must thoroughly research this. - Musashi
lordtariel
I've got a Fender Strat and a couple of student acoustic guitars. There's no place like 127.0.0.
patusai
I have played off and on since the late 60's. Although that may seem like a long time and I should be pretty good at it by now...I'm not. I play to please myself. As for what kind a guitar I have, It's a cheap Yamaha which my wife got for me a few years ago after I sold my cheap electric guitar and my 12 string. I'm nowhere at the level of play that I need or want a really good guitar "Don't tell me the sky's the limit because I have seen footprints on the moon!" -- Paul Brandt

RichardHangHong
I used to play, but my brother had the fingers for it. I had stubby fingers so I just played the drums more. Canoe2fish
I have played off and on since the late 60's. As for what kind a guitar I have, It's a cheap Yamaha which my wife got for me a few years ago after I sold my cheap electric guitar and my 12 string. I'm nowhere at the level of play that I need or want a really good guitarI can relate to this...I have played off and on for over 25 years. I play when I have the urge. Somedays it flows, others plink, pllink, splink & put it away. If I had learned to read music im sure it would have been different.Oddly enough, the US Strat I bought 20 years ago never gets played...I always play a used double humbucker beater instead. Go figure. (I couldn't afford a Les Paul)
