RichardHangHong
heres a few on this site, its tkd, i thought these kicks were awesome.http://www.tkdtutor.com/09Techniques/Kicks/KickInfo.htmI like the first one - triple kick. Really impressive! Are they supposed to fall on the floor afterwards? All of them looked pretty cool though. I like the kicks in Capoeira too. jaymac
Although my true belief is that I think XMA is only sport and not worth being used for self defense, they do have some pretty awesome flips and kicks. Look up anything XMA and I think you will be pretty impressed. A great martial artist is one who is humble and respectful of others.

bushido_man96
is there a place online that i learn at free? This is a bad idea. You need an instructor to get feedback from, and to provide hands on training, and you can only get that from a school, or from someone willing to teach you privately. If you have some prior experience, keep reviewing what you know. If you have the time, spend about an hour each day on techniques. Then, when things are right for you, you should be able to go find a place you can afford to work out at.Put basic technique combinations together, and be sure to practice proper stances. Be tough on yourself, and you can still gain rewards. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
WudangDragon
"What is a spin-a-rooney?"I believe the real name is Dragon Climbs The Pillar in Chinese, but no doubt the Brazillian Capoerista's have their own name for this method of getting to your feet.I also have a question -> Is a Kip-Up another name for a Shoulder Spring? bushido_man96
I also have a question -> Is a Kip-Up another name for a Shoulder Spring?I would say most likely they are the same thing. I can do the kip-up, but not the spin-a-rooney. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
