I went to a Japanese restuarant and the cook told us how to make it, so I make it on a weekly basis now. My honey also makes sushi (he learned from the same guy). This cook was nice enough to show us, so we also eat at his restuarant, at least, every two weeks. I usually get Tariaki (sp?). It's not one of my favs, but it's good.
