sonofkanga Posted September 27, 2006 Share Posted September 27, 2006 As among other qualifications I work with overweight people,my two cents worth are: 1.Consult your Dr. 2.Find a good dietician that is sport oriented. 3.Pick up a fun physical activity. 4.Stick to the plan. 5.Enjoy the journey. 6.A good rule of thumb is 500 grams weight lose a week, to ensure that you succeed in the long run. weight lose has less to do with losing weight;its all about changing your lifestyle and taking responsibilty.
