RicksonFan Posted August 4, 2006 Posted August 4, 2006 I almost agree with Medici. You can do shrimping drills, shoulder rolls maybe (I never do those), that "crab walk" thing, whatever you call it like Rickson does on the beach (google video him), and drop steps so you can get some take downs.
