fenderbender4 Posted May 13, 2006 Share Posted May 13, 2006 I posted this in the general section, but was told to try this section. I have started doing BJJ and really like it. I have the opportunity to continue doing it at the Minnesota Martial Arts Academy, however Combat Submission Wrestling, taught by Sean Sherk, is also offered and was wondering if it is useful to train in both, or should I just stick to BJJ?
