gheinisch
Hey KarateK, You gotta love the waiting part with Doctors. My Dad fell and broke his hip last week and had to wait a week to see a specialist, my Dad has two artificial hips which complecates things. After the long wait the Doctor told him there was nothing he could do too speed anything along and that surgery now would do him no good. Well, at least my Dad can get around with a walker until the fracture heals. He was glas he didn't have to have surgery. I hope your injury isn't as bad as you think and it will start feeling better soon. I keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Eugeu_Ryu_Stylist
I hope you have a speedy recovery. I had a foot injury not that long ago, not as bad as your knee injury, but still pretty bad. The bottom of my shinbone had popped out of place. Even after we put it back in it was painful just to go into a stance, particularaly(sp?) Neko Dobi Ashi(Cat's Paw Stance.) Once again hope you have a speedy recovery.
KarateK
Cheers all - am trying to walk around without the aid of my crutches but it doesnt half hurt!! Also feels like its going to go from under me at times. I understand that there are more important patients and thats why it takes so long to get to me but it doesnt help when am having to live at my mums as I cant drive or get up and down the stairs in less than half an hour!!! Soo infuriating...am 23 not 3!!!!! Karate Ni Sentinashi

KarateK
And yet am having an ultra sound next week that I think is completely unneccessary. Am in no pain whatsoever and can go about day to day life with it. Yet my knee injury means cant walk up and down stairs, bend knee, get in car etc etc. Go figure!!!
