grandprix1
have any of you heard about comhrac bas or trained in it. I have all clugstons tapes of comhrac bas and its a great system that can be learned by the average joe also paul vunak is good to.Since i feel generous i will give you guys a technique from comhrac bas. Its caled the pop up its extremely effective. Its done by getting low then coming up hitting the guy in the chest with your 2 palms but at an upward angle to off balance him if you do it right it sounds like cannon has gone off because of the kinetic energy involved. ITs really powerful. Its done to intercept an attack such as a punch you duck under the punch and do the pop up to off balance him then follow up with knees elbows and headbutts. But I do greatly appreciate your generosity nonetheless. I feel rather enlightened. With respect, Sohan "If I cannot become one of extraordinary accomplishment, I will not walk the earth."
