Otherwise you'll get a whole lot of suggestions that you have to reply "I know that one" to.Aodhan There are some people who live in a dream world, and there are some who face reality; and then there are those who turn one into the other.-Douglas Everett, American hockey player

P.A.L
i understand what you mean by being bored, go back to the root, pickup one or two katas from okinawan karate and focus on finding all the sources about them, i give you two names , these are very good katas out of TKD lineage, 1- Anan look for the original version of Ryuei-ryu school of karatehttp://www.wonder-okinawa.jp/023/eng/010/index.html2- Sanseiru from Uechi ryu school of karate (last performer , down the page. not the blue jumping jack), http://www.uechi-ryu.com/videos/u_kata.htmlthese two give you a taste of open hands/ hands up karate. i am not trying to pull you into another style , just look at them as art of karate masterpieces.my 2cents. tkdman102088
try the UTI(Unified Tae Kwon Do International), https://www.unifiedtkd.com, forms. They were created by Grandmaster Scoot L. Kopperud, and range from 24 movements to 113(alpha and omega have yet to be created). The good part about his forms are the movements are never used twice, so a right arm down block would be used once and left side once too, and they are fun to watch. try them, the posters are $20 each, discounts are applied if you order more than one. martial arts may be made fun of by people who dont understand them---teach these people the true beauty and power of our arts and they will learn, understand, and remember for forever.---being a teacher is not just an honor its an experience that benifits not only the student but the instructor. karatekid1975
I aslo like to know what forms you know. Are you ITF TKD or WTF TKD? Try Tang Soo Do forms, or the earlier versions of them (Shotokan versions and Shorin Ryu and earlier) and the bunkai. You won't be bored Laurie F
