But I don't know where to start. I only know of like Tai Chi, and I don't know if that'd work best for me. I don't really know what each art has to offer. Further more, there are no instructors around here, so I'll need to learn from a video, or travel out of the area, or something.

Can anyone recommend me an art?

I've never done an internal art, so I can't comment on that part, but it's very difficult to learn ANY martial art from a video. There is no place to get feedback and someone saying "That's not right", or "Try it this way".

Figure out how far you are willing to travel, make a list of the arts available inside that range, and go visit the schools and take classes to see which one you like the most.

Don't do Tai Chi from a video. You'll never get it correctly, rather you'll simply be performing a slow dance move.

Find an instructor. We're everywhere, in every city. May not be the style you desire most, but you will find someone who can teach you.
