duncan
Hullo all,I studied Shi-to-ryu karate a long time ago and have recently found renewed interest in it. Although I recall many of the basic techniques (and Niju-hichi-ko ), most of the katas elude my memory. The only one I recall in its entirety is Niseishi-sho. If someone could find the time, I'd love a refresher in these katas:Niseishi-daiRohai-shoBassaiThere are also some kihondosa's that I don't recall at the moment, but I can tackle those later.Once again, I would deeply appreciate any help you folks could offer. Thanks!EDIT: I found a walkthrough for Bassai

duncan
Thanks for the site, Sohan. I've been there before, actually, but can't watch their movies as I don't have the appropriate quicktime (due to my old OS). Perhaps it's time to upgrade...Thanks again!Ian
