ad Posted April 19, 2002 Posted April 19, 2002 if you want to learn a three sectional staff then i suggest ho-gar kung fu, if you can find it, or some other external kung fu art, but no wing chun, however dont expect to learn the three sectional staff straight away, i would imagine you would at least need to have a year of experience or have to be a black belt in order to start learning it but if you cant wait then try out a book, the best way to learn the three sectional staff in my view is to first to learn the basic nunchaka then to advanced, when your comfortable with the nunchaka , then move to the three sectional staff. Bon Posted April 19, 2002 Posted April 19, 2002 Try amazon.com for books, as it has reviews and stuff. It takes sacrifice to be the best. There are always two choices, two paths to take. One is easy. And its only reward is that it's easy.
