Sohan Posted April 16, 2006 Posted April 16, 2006 HA! Nice response, Patusai.I like combat knives. Push knives are pretty neat as well. I'm no expert, but I know what I like.Check the legality of whatever you purchase. You can get in big trouble if you're caught carrying the wrong blade.Respectfully,Sohan "If I cannot become one of extraordinary accomplishment, I will not walk the earth." lordtariel Posted April 17, 2006 Posted April 17, 2006 I'm trying to teach myself how to throw knives. Not just throwing knives but butcher knives, pocket knives ect. There's no place like 127.0.0.1

Holland Posted April 18, 2006 Posted April 18, 2006 I used to like swiss army knives, but I always lose the tooth pick and I have no use for a cork screw.
Cybren Posted April 19, 2006 Posted April 19, 2006 I'd like to get a bowie knife. After all, that's what killed Dracula
Blackbeltblonde Posted April 25, 2006 Posted April 25, 2006 I used to like swiss army knives, but I always lose the tooth pick and I have no use for a cork screw.LOL nice I've always thought butterfly knives were sweet... although I don't know how to use one well... We have tons of thumb-knives around my house, they're pretty cool.I definately have to agree with the sharp ones idea though!~BBB Training 14 yearsKalkinodo Blackbelt
Whitefeather Posted April 26, 2006 Posted April 26, 2006 For fixed blades, I kind of like the SOG seal knives. For utility, I like the Columbia River M16 knives, as they are not insanely expensive and have a good quality steel for the blade, and the aluminum handled ones have a wonderfully sturdy feel in the hand. I see that as a VERY bad thing, as I work as a bouncer. those things can make it past a metal detector. so can the wooden push knives. As for me, I carry a tactical folder.
