Brandon Fisher
I didn't take a liking to it easily in fact it was very difficult for me to learn and get comfortable with took me a lot of years but in the last few years I have gotten more comfortable with it and I am liking it much better. Shui Tora
If I got jumped, and happened to find a long, skinny piece of something, you better believe I'd be smacking people with it.Unless, of course, I could find a nice pair of 30" sharp things with handles nearby, in which case I'd dao them all to death. Very true! Having a long piece of stick is handy if you wanna stay way from those with knives etc... However, you might want to find a stick that is very thick, or the mugs will wittle you down! You make a good point here. The affordability and availability of the simple stick to use as a weapon has been documented in practically every culture that has ever existed. bushido_man96
I just finished reading a book on Medieval Quarterstaff techniques. I am very excited about finding some 7' pieces of wood an training with my wife. I was suprised that she volunteered for that!
