lordtariel Posted April 13, 2006 Posted April 13, 2006 If you're referring to how many martial art weapons I've had formal training in, then 3, staff, chinese broadsword/double broadsword and straightsword. Weapons I've used in informal training, then 8. The previous 3, Iron Melon Hammer, Tiger Hook Sword, Spear, Jo and Katana. There's no place like 127.0.0.1

Holland Posted April 16, 2006 Posted April 16, 2006 I train in and teach bo, jo, kama, tekko, eku, nunte bo, tonfa and sai.
Sohan Posted April 16, 2006 Posted April 16, 2006 We use bo and sai in our current class. I've also used tonfa, jo, and nunchuka. Would like to get some experience with the kama and noburikama as well. My favorite weapon is my knife. Learned knife fighting from my Muay Thai teacher, who had experience in knife fighting techniques in the service. I also own a personal stun gun and retractable baton. Respectfully, Sohan "If I cannot become one of extraordinary accomplishment, I will not walk the earth." Zen Master Nakahara Nantenbo"A man who has attained mastery of an art reveals it in his every action." Samuarai maxim"Knowing others is wisdom; knowing yourself is Enlightenment." Lao-Tzu
