Basically it is a Chinese MMA consisting of Kung Fu, Chinese Wrestling, Boxing/Kick boxing, and Chin Na. Thus, the style means "without shoes." It is a very ancient art, practiced barefoot. I think low kicks are allowed, but I am not sure.
