Really good read

Recommended Posts

If anyone is interested, I finished a really interesting book by Peter Lewis called Myths and Legends of the Martial Arts. It's essentially a collection of legends from many different forms of martial arts such as Akido, Kung-Fu, Judo, Karate, Sumo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Definitely worth checking into if you have it at your library.

It might be interesting. I think I'll see if I can find it at a bookstore. Thanks. I'm kinda into those type of books since my teachers each use to try to dispell many of the myths of MA
