How do you grade in jujutsu, and does the system have katas?Thanks in advance. Orion Posted April 5, 2006 Share Posted April 5, 2006 I do shotokan karate, but my boss does jujitsu. So this is only hearsay. I think it also depends on the class. But you have kata's to do but i think its only a stances kata and a punch/block kata.Gradings are supposed to be harder, as the gradings require you to do everything from the previous belt as well.
