Hidden_Ronin Posted April 5, 2006 Posted April 5, 2006 Hi, I currently train in Shotokan karate and have recnetly began studying jujutsu as well. However im curiouse about somthing. Orion Posted April 5, 2006 Posted April 5, 2006 I do shotokan karate, but my boss does jujitsu. So this is only hearsay. I think it also depends on the class. But you have kata's to do but i think its only a stances kata and a punch/block kata.Gradings are supposed to be harder, as the gradings require you to do everything from the previous belt as well. Knowing is not enough, we must apply. Willing is not enough, we must do.
Treebranch Posted April 6, 2006 Posted April 6, 2006 Jujitsu? Traditional? or BJJ? BJJ, no. TJJ I think so, but not like Karate kata.Ed. "It is easier to find men who will volunteer to die, than to find those who are willing to endure pain with patience.""Lock em out or Knock em out"
