HumanTyphoon
Haha...if my experience from watching 40 year old virgin tell me anything....ask questions..."So (insert name here), how are you doing?""I dunno, how are you doin?""Great, what do you wanna do?""Hmmm, what do you wanna do?"...so that wasn't the best example.........But seriously, just be yourself and find connections to the girl. If you're gonna watch a movie....you might not get to talk to her as much. Although, maybe after the movie while walking to the exit or something...or waiting in line, just talk and make a conversation. Say something interesting like..."Do you ever wonder why (insert interesting thing to talk about here)....?"OH OH OH yay......THAT WAS A QUESTION!!!! But anyways, they say that a person who is overworried might not be as efficient then if they were calm and unworried...so relax and have fun! lordtariel
Just relax, it's a first date, it's not like you're going to propose or anything. If you spend all your time worried that you're going to mess up, you'll be so wound that you won't enjoy yourself. And odds are if she see's you're not enjoying yourself with her, she's not going to respond too well. Good Luck! Spirit At Choice
Definitely just RELAX. If she's going out with you, you know she likes you. Don't worry about what others think. It's like when the sensei walks by and you mess up because you were thinking about him watching you instead of thinking about what you were doing. White belt mind. Black belt heart....Rejoice and be glad!
marie curie
Good luck!!! My advice- Have fun! I know that I always enjoyed myself a lot more when I thought that he was having a good time. Also, if she tries to pay for herself, let her.... some girls feel weird being paid for, but its awesome that you are offering. I'm sure it will make her feel like you like her. And if you do something awkward, like try to put your arm around her and miss and hit your arm against the chair and make a bunch of noise or something like that- don't flip- she probably thinks its adorable and is going to like you all the more. So really, you can't mess up if you just chill and have a good time You suck-train harder.......................Don't block with your faceA good traveler has no fixed plans, and is not intent on arriving. -Lao Tzu

Jeet Kune Do
Be yourself, act like you don't care about that guy who is trying to mess it up, and eventually he will back off A drop of sweat spent in practice is a drop of blood saved in a battle.A person who say it cannot be done should not interrupt the man doing it. TKDguy
First, Look straight in her eyes when you talk to her, dont look at her lips or anything or her body.., and dont talk about the weather becuase although they will reply with " yeah it is suppose to be nice tommorrow", they really dont want to be talking about it,humor always works, try that..and when you are with her, dont like pummell her in the theater or wherever, kind of backoff, women like what they cant have... be cocky and funny.. and oh my god, be SELF confident, and dont try to impress her, because women have a 6th sense were they can read men like a book and know when your not being real with them... I am getting my degree in Date Psychology Andrew, P.S. - have a great time.. "Who Dares, Wins"

Wow. I need to borrow you. I cannot tell you how many guys play the 'not being real' game on me ... and I just think ... 'dude, don't bother ...' (that's the nice version anyway). How nice to see this information being written by a guy
