Menjo
No one here hunts? That's weird. Well just to get things going...Is it possible for an extremly skilled hunter to kill a deer with a knife by sneaking up on it? (I doubt it, but I've havnt gotten a solid answer on this yet). It does not appear to be too much of that hunting going on anymore. Too dangerous. UseoForce
Menjo, were you the one that asked me about the bow? LoL. Full of hypotheticals. Well, it is illegal in my state to hunt with any weapons other than what the state defines as a firearm or bow, so no one hunts with a knife. Even if it was allowed , why...?Is it possible? Well, deer have extremely acute senses and sneaking up on one would be about impossible. However, if there'sone thing you can say about deer it's this: Unpredictable. If the wind is just right and you remain completely silent and you have boat loads of luck, a deer may come very close to you and then, well, do your best! But anyway, its illegal and (like 99.9% of hunters) I HATE poaching, so I would never do it. If it works, use it!If not, throw it out!

Whitefeather
I have not gone hunting yet, but as soon as I get the opportunity I am going to go deer hunting. I think it would be awesome, not because of the whole "BlOOD GORE KILLING BLOOD BLOOD, GLAAAHAHAHAAA" stereotypical male thing, but I like the outdoors and I think the strategy necessary to hunt deer would be awesome.
