Samuel Posted May 31, 2006 Share Posted May 31, 2006 Well, If your anything like me, you'd jump right onto Muay-ThaiTheres a TKD Class at where Ill be doing Wado-Ryu, And ive tryed the TKD, Didnt really like it that much at all, Its all kick this and that, But I didnt really get a good look at the art when I tryed it, So im in no position to comment reallyMuay-Thai though, I have a friend that did that art for a while, And he discribed it as the art of "Giving the guy some teeth to wash down with the blood" using your elbows, knees, and some pretty vicious strikes all round.If your looking to get into shape though and get more flexable, I'd suggest the TKD sinces its probably alot more easy going and more likly to slowly get you fitter and what not.
