when I do Mauy Thai, I stand with my strong side behind me, so I can have a good round kick, but it makes my jab even worse than normal should I change positions during the fight or put my strong side forward?

any ideas

I would suggest working on your jab. If your jab is weak the best way to improve it is usually just repetition.

Just jabbing lots of pinches into a heavy bag. Practice a good stiff jab and also remember to move during heavy bag drills

There's no reason your jab should be weak, or any technique that leads for that matter.

With the jab, make sure you are pushing through the target after you have made contact & you'll get a lot more power. Feels a little awkward at first, but drill this and you'll start to love it and won't do anything else.

It takes sacrifice to be the best.

There are always two choices, two paths to take. One is easy. And its only reward is that it's easy.
