Next Month the First Muay Thai training gym is going to open here in Panama. and They are going to do tournaments and all that stuff.... I'm 34 years old and I want to train Muay Thai!!!! lol

It is not too late.

Especially if you've been doing some otehr form of martial art before.

Try it

Look at Randy Coutoure. Champ again at 43 years of age.

Maurice smith was kickboxing champ till late 30's

there are many buys over 30 like Ernesto Hoost who had great careers near their 40's

Just do it
