Is 21 too late to take up kick boxing?

i dont think any age is to late to start as long as you enjoy it. :karate:

My first or 2nd year of Muay Thai I remember this older guy in his late 60s to early 70s came in the gym saying he wanted to join and fight in the ring. My Kru at the time told him to start running 5 miles a day, every day and come back.

Shockingly, we never saw him again.

Oh, I know..it was just a funny story that I remembered...but 21 is in no way too late to take up any martial art.

Yes... you are far too old. There is a pasture somewhere with your name on it. It's hard to fight when your holding yourself up with a cane after all.
