What was the duration of the camp (i.e. a week, 2 weeks, etc)2. How many hours per day3. State some of the things you did at the camp4. What did you charge5. How successful was the camp? Thanks in advance for any advice you may offer.
cathal
My dojo has one every summer, usually in July or early August. It lasts a weekend, and we train all day from daybreak to supper.Aside from the three K's (Kihon, Kumite, Kata) we participated in a lot of creative bunkai, 5-Kata Kumite, and some reflex games, etc.The only charges were for your own food, gas, etc.We find it successful every year, and receive good feedback. In the evening we get together and socialize by the campfire. .The best victory is when the opponent surrendersof its own accord before there are any actualhostilities...It is best to win without fighting.- Sun-tzu
