Whitefeather
Hey everybody, I am looking for a good pair of nunchakus. But wait!! There is more!! Basically, jests aside, please name off all of the QUALITY makers of nunchakus that you know of, preferably corded, traditional-style nunchakus. So, no links to karatedepot or other martial arts megamarts (hehe, that rhymed, who-da-man). Also, I found the link about stringing nunchakus, but has anybody here actually made their own pair? What method did you use and how well did it work? Thanks!Le Earl de Kirkland "Between genius and insanity, there lies a fine line. Jussi Häkkinen
http://www.crane-mountain.com/All you need.I've made a couple of nunchaku. Octagon, tapering to the rope end, paracord as a rope, polished and waxed rope channels. Worked fine. Zaine
Google is a wonderful thing, century seems to have good weapons all together, and it is good as a start, I would get more high class ones later on. AdamFieldITFTKD
i have just recieved soem purpleheart nunchaku custom made and they feel so much nicer than the gold dragon chucks from the local MA shopI strongly reccomend custom equipment as then you can never blame the equipment! A machine can do the work of 50 men, no machine can do the work of one extraordinary man though
