Blackrosex Posted March 8, 2006 Posted March 8, 2006 Hi all,I am clearly new and am becoming increasingly interested in martial arts over the years and have practised for some years a little bit on my own in differetn martial arts. I have completed up to green belt in Aikido but have sadly quit due to the amount of time and effort required by the sport yet i hope to cotinue my training after i finish year 12. I am at the moment obsessed with conditioning of the body. I have been going to the gym for about the last few years with a few gaps and am starting to reap the benefits yet after such time i have also begun bone strengthening and pain absorption. Feel free to give any hints, tips or experiences to my karateforums inbox.Thank you for reading I hope to contribute as much as i get in return. What does not destroy me, makes me stronger.
