jaymac Posted March 14, 2006 Posted March 14, 2006 I really like the hook kick. It works great during sparring and can be effective at body level and at head level. (With good control of course ). A great martial artist is one who is humble and respectful of others.
Chaz Posted March 15, 2006 Posted March 15, 2006 Snap/Front Kick "One of the lessons of history is that nothing is often a good thing to do and always a clever thing to say." - Will Durant
AdamFieldITFTKD Posted March 30, 2006 Posted March 30, 2006 high section snap kick or tornado kicks are highly effective in most non close situations i find A machine can do the work of 50 men, no machine can do the work of one extraordinary man though
UseoForce Posted March 30, 2006 Posted March 30, 2006 Muay Thai roundhouse (to the thigh). Never see it comin and stings like no other. If it works, use it!If not, throw it out!
ArmorOfGod Posted March 30, 2006 Posted March 30, 2006 I have two: standard side kick - I have practiced it so much that I can generate alot of power with it.andfront "flop kick" - This is basically a crescent kick from the front leg in a fighting stance aimed toward the midsection or face. It is an ugly kick, but I can always get points with it. No one else from our group of schools uses it, or has really seen it, so it consistantly pays off.AoG
