Jiffy Posted September 8, 2006 Posted September 8, 2006 I think in general, one sword is more practical than two! The mind is like a parachute, it only works when it's open.
parkerlineage Posted September 8, 2006 Posted September 8, 2006 Didn't we have this argument already? American Kenpo Karate- First Degree Black Belt"He who hesitates, meditates in a horizontal position."Ed Parker
Scotty Posted September 10, 2006 Posted September 10, 2006 let's have it again... one sword is better than two! =P The best armour is to keep out of range.
bushido_man96 Posted September 10, 2006 Posted September 10, 2006 One sword is not necessarily better than two. It is easier to learn, but not necessarily better. Two swords give the option for more offense, and one can be used for defense. It is also easy to drop one sword to secure an appendage and then engage with the other sword.Again, not better, just easier. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
Sengra Posted October 26, 2006 Posted October 26, 2006 Well, Mushashi, the angel of the sword believed in two swords. The stronger swordsman does not always win.
bushido_man96 Posted October 26, 2006 Posted October 26, 2006 Well, Mushashi, the angel of the sword believed in two swords.I think he used one primarily for defense, though. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
